By downloading, accessing, or using GrowMore Virtual Agronomist, you agree to these Terms of Use.
The App is intended primarily for agricultural and commercial business use.
Where permitted by law, the parties agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to services supplied for business purposes.
GrowMore Virtual Agronomist is a software platform providing:

The App does not provide:
Users must independently verify all recommendations.
Users are solely responsible for:
GrowMore acts solely as a technology intermediary and workflow facilitation platform.
GrowMore is not the manufacturer, distributor, transporter, reseller, or physical supplier of fertiliser products listed within the App unless expressly stated otherwise.
The App enables users to generate nutrient plans, request supplier quotations, and submit fertiliser order requests to participating suppliers.
All fertiliser sales transactions occur directly between the customer and the relevant supplier.
GrowMore does not process customer payments for fertiliser products unless expressly stated otherwise.
Responsibility for:
remains solely with the relevant supplier, contractor, or customer.
Final commercial terms remain solely between the customer and the supplier.
GrowMore may receive referral fees, commissions, service fees, or other commercial compensation from participating suppliers.
Users must not:
GrowMore reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts engaged in abusive, misleading, fraudulent, or non-genuine activity.
Supplier participation within the platform may change without notice.
GrowMore does not guarantee:
Unless expressly stated otherwise, GrowMore does not act as an agent, reseller, fiduciary, broker, or procurement representative for either customers or suppliers.
GrowMore provides software tools and workflow facilitation services only.
Users remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with:
GrowMore does not guarantee regulatory compliance outcomes.
GrowMore may provide account authentication using:
GrowMore may also offer optional push notifications relating to supplier responses, order updates, and operational communications.
Users may control notification permissions through their device settings.
All software, branding, databases, calculations, workflows, and content remain the property of GrowMore SPT Limited unless otherwise stated.
The App is provided on an “as available” basis.
GrowMore does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or uninterrupted supplier integrations.
Supplier integrations, product catalogues, pricing feeds, and ordering workflows may become unavailable, delayed, interrupted, or inaccurate from time to time.
Users may request deletion of their account through the App or by contacting GrowMore SPT Limited.
Deletion requests may be submitted by emailing legal@growmorespt.co.nz.
When a deletion request is received, the account may first be deactivated. Following deactivation, the account and associated personal data may be permanently deleted after a reasonable retention period.
During the deactivation period, users may be able to reactivate their account by logging in again or contacting GrowMore support.
Deletion requests are reviewed and processed manually by GrowMore SPT Limited.
GrowMore aims to respond to verified deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Deletion of an account does not necessarily require immediate deletion of all associated records.
GrowMore may retain certain information for legitimate business purposes including:

GrowMore reserves the right to delay or limit deletion requests where necessary for:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowMore SPT Limited excludes liability for:
